733Park was built on a simple premise. When a founder hires an M&A advisor, they should get the senior banker. Not a deck-prep associate. Not a rotating team. The same person who pitched the deal should be the same person who calls the buyer at midnight to save it.
Lane Gordon spent two decades inside the payments industry as an operator and dealmaker before founding 733Park. The firm carries the lineage from Preston Todd Advisors and PT Consulting Services into the practice today. The continuity matters: relationships built in the payments industry over 25 years are still our most important asset.
We focus on four verticals where we have earned the right to a seat at the table: payments, fintech, AI, and SaaS. Within payments we work across ISOs, processors, gateways, payfacs, merchant portfolios, and embedded payments. Within fintech we cover lending, banking-as-a-service, FX, and consumer fintech. Within SaaS we focus on vertical SaaS with embedded payments and AI-native SaaS. Within AI we work with applied AI, agentic platforms, and AI-enabled SaaS.
We work like an investment bank. We are not FINRA-licensed. We do not do capital raises. That is intentional. It keeps our incentives aligned with the M&A outcome and out of the regulatory overhead.
